SCaTS (Uk) Ltd offers a range of general and specific Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental services. We specialise in the formulation and delivery of bespoke packages including consultancy & training to improve performance and maximise impact.

We can help support your organisation with simple legal compliance or best practice.  This can involve management system development, auditing, assessments, specialist consultancy, and incident investigations. 

The team are fully qualified, professional, and experienced consultants and trainers and have extensive practical experience in a wide range of business sectors and organisations. Available either on a “one-off” basis or through a  “retained consultancy” agreement.

Tailored Support Packages

Our dedicated team will assess an organisation’s needs and provide cost-effective solutions in line with legal, corporate or strategic objectives. We recognise that every organisation’s needs and situations are different and will tailor a package of support to provide the best results.


The services outlined are available as “one off” agreements or via a Retainer agreement. We undertake both to listen to your requirements and also, if appropriate, to advise you on the best solution to maximise benefits. We can also offer integrated training & consultancy packages in order to help you meet your organisation’s objectives.

COSHH Assessment

Assistance with the management and production of Risk Assessments, as required by the COSHH Regulations. This may involve training and coaching of in-house assessors. Practical advice on the implementation of both short term and long term controls is given.

Peak HSE can offer assistance to employers by:-

  • Training and assisting managers and supervisors to carry out in-house assessments
  • Carrying out assessments on behalf of employers, leaving a set of assessments which can be readily updated in-house in future years as and when things change
  • Reviewing and updating existing assessments in line with the latest legislation.

Mo graduated in Law and has over 25 years of experience in Health & Safety, training, quarrying, and associated activities, which enables him to provide hands-on health and safety support to all businesses. His practical, proactive approach in developing company policies and procedures documentation and experience in safety training, site inspection, and audits, enables him to offer a comprehensive package.

A delegate’s understanding is assessed by multiple-choice questions and after attending and passing this course a new credit card sized “SPA Safety Passport” is issued showing the training that th delegate has attended and completed successfully.

*SPA Passports have a 3 year expiry date* After the successful completion of the 1 day Core course a passport will be issued with a 3 year expiry date.
